As a private practice, we work exclusively with privately insured patients, state aid (Beihilfe) recipients, and self-payers. We bill according to the official fee schedule for therapists (GebüTh). A fee agreement is signed before the first session.
For reference: A standard occupational therapy session (sensorimotor-perceptive individual treatment, 45 minutes) is billed at a 1.8x GebüTh rate, currently (as of 2026) 125.56 EUR for new contracts.
* Valid for new contracts signed from January 1, 2026. For ongoing treatments, the individually agreed fee remains in effect.
Please note that direct billing with statutory German health insurance (GKV) is not possible.
